Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (including Reach, Pallet Jack, and Sit-Down) to safely move materials and products throughout the facility.
- Perform thorough pre-shift equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure equipment is in safe working order.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily production targets and shipping schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S standards and OSHA regulations.
- Scan and verify inventory using barcode scanners to ensure accurate stock counts.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) with a strong attendance record.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with inventory management software.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and navigating tight warehouse aisles.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and strict adherence to safety protocols.
