Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized materials
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Coordinate with warehouse team to optimize inventory flow
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist in receiving, stacking, and organizing warehouse stock
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible schedule availability (night shift: 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
