Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials within the facility
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counting duties using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate documentation of material movements
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Collaborate with night shift team for efficient loading/unloading of trailers
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass forklift certification training (provided)
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Flexible schedule availability (evening/night shifts)
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
