Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during night shifts
- Assist with general warehouse housekeeping and organization tasks
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – we provide paid training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during night shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work flexible night schedules (typically 6 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
