Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload products safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Manage inventory counts and documentation with precision
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet nightly production targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist in organizing and maintaining clean, orderly workspaces
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding inventory and operational issues
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – we provide paid training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Valid state ID and ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Availability to work Monday-Friday night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
