Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in warehouse environment
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- No forklift experience required - we provide full training!
- Valid California Driver's License (clean driving record preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Reliable transportation to night shift schedule (4 PM - 2 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
