Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse efficiently.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
- Ensure all materials are stored safely and according to company protocols to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company policies strictly.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff regarding inventory levels and potential issues.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as requested by management.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math skills for inventory purposes.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required for the forklift operator role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
