Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a high-volume warehouse environment
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory storage systems with zero tolerance for errors
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly productivity targets
- Document inventory movements and report discrepancies to shift supervisors
- Support warehouse cleanup and safety audits during shift transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience in a warehouse setting
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (must provide documentation)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient with RF scanning technology and inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Flexibility to work nights (11 PM - 7 AM) with overtime availability
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
