Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain precise stock records.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment for mechanical issues before and during shifts.
- Keep the workspace organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless inventory turnover.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Class 1 or 4) with valid license.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
