As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly during the night shift. You will be responsible for the efficient movement of materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding the highest safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory.
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently, verifying shipment contents against bills of lading.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory management and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping readiness.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to work Night Shift schedules (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and material handling best practices.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of working with minimal supervision.
