Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Safely load/unload freight using pallet jacks and manual handling equipment
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks with RF scanning technology
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and zero-accident culture
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license (or willingness to obtain through our training)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible schedule availability (12-hour shifts, 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- RF scanning experience a plus
