Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow and productivity
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Perform quality checks before order shipment
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker-packer experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic RF scanner or inventory system knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 10-hour night shifts (6:00 PM - 4:30 AM)
- Stamina for standing/walking entire shift
- Valid state ID and ability to pass background check
