Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle count documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid state-issued driver's license for equipment operation
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
