Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Verify product quality and quantity before shipping
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory zones
- Collaborate with team leads to meet nightly productivity targets
- Document inventory discrepancies and report equipment malfunctions
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or order fulfillment experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills and attention to detail essential
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Reliable transportation and consistent night shift availability
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments (coolers/freezers)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
