Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely to move materials throughout the facility
- Conduct quality checks on products before shipping to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards during night shift operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Complete daily productivity reports and maintain clean workstations
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
