Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to warehouse management system instructions
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and electric carts
- Verify product quality and quantities before shipment
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Scan and label packages for inventory tracking and shipping
- Collaborate with team leads to meet nightly production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours)
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Reliable transportation to the Industrial Park Blvd location
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
