Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - training provided)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory zones
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
