Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital picking systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and conveyor systems with OSHA-certified precision
- Perform quality control checks on packaged goods before shipment
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock rotation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Collaborate with overnight supervisors to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic proficiency with handheld scanners and digital systems
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Exceptional attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
