Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled facility
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with overnight team leads to optimize workflow
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or picker-packer experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Stamina for 8-hour overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic RF scanner or WMS system proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Reliable transportation to Northside location
