Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification) for warehouse movement
- Maintain organized and clean workstations while adhering to safety protocols
- Conduct quality checks on products before packaging and shipping
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or order fulfillment experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Valid California driver's license (for forklift operation if certified)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Availability for consistent night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
