Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Optimize loading/unloading processes for timely shipments
- Maintain organized inventory in ERP systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with overnight supervisors for process improvements
- Complete daily production reports and quality checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/packing experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Reliable transportation for night shift schedule
- Willingness to work 10-hour shifts (6:00 PM - 4:30 AM)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
