Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following OSHA standards
- Perform inventory audits and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, organized workstations to maximize efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Adhere to strict quality control protocols for outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- OSHA forklift certification preferred (training provided)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
