Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Optimize picking routes to meet productivity targets
- Maintain organized staging areas and dock cleanliness
- Collaborate with overnight supervisors to resolve discrepancies
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass background check and drug screening
