Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack customer orders using RF scanners and voice-pick technology
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and quality checks
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety standards and ergonomic procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and warehouse safety hazards immediately
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or order fulfillment experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Proficiency with handheld scanning devices (RF/Voice)
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule (Monday-Friday)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic math and computer literacy
