Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized and clean workstations to meet OSHA safety standards
- Perform quality checks on products before packaging to prevent damage returns
- Collaborate with night shift supervisors to optimize workflow and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Adhere to strict production quotas while maintaining quality standards
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Availability to work Monday-Saturday nights (6 PM - 4:30 AM)
- Valid state ID and clean background check required
- OSHA forklift certification a plus (training available)
