Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and voice-pick systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in a safe, efficient manner
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Inspect products for quality compliance before packaging
- Collaborate with overnight team leaders to meet daily targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and safety protocols in a warehouse setting
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments as needed
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation to night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Pass background check and drug screening
