Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from the warehouse floor according to customer orders with 99% accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanning devices and basic warehouse equipment.
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina required to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be available for a 3-month probationary period.
