Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency using handheld scanners.
- Inspect products for quality and damage prior to packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (if certified).
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless inventory turnover and workflow.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours per shift).
- Must be able to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning devices.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
