Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Verify product specifications and quantities to ensure order accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
- Document work activities and maintain clean workstations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (typically 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
