Responsibilities
- Select and verify merchandise from shelves using handheld scanners and pick lists with high accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials (boxes, tape, bubble wrap) to ensure safe transit.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information, barcodes, and destination details.
- Inspect products for damage or defects prior to packing to maintain quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and power jacks, as trained.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
