Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-directed technology
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment with safety precision
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments and damaged goods reporting
- Maintain organized staging areas and optimize warehouse flow efficiency
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily KPIs and production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail with order accuracy above 99.5%
- Reliable transportation to our Wadsworth Blvd facility
- Flexible availability for 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM shifts (Sun-Thurs)
- No experience required - comprehensive paid training provided
