Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping according to strict quality standards.
- Utilize handheld scanners and WMS systems to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent shipping errors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Load and unload trailers using appropriate material handling equipment (dollies, pallet jacks).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience in picking and packing is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Must be available to work the full night shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
