Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack items according to customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure accurate data entry and verification of all products to minimize errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors (training provided).
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
- Perform regular quality checks on packed orders before they are shipped.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM or similar).
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to read pick tickets and labels accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and bending/reaching.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
