Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly
- Follow quality control procedures to ensure order accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Participate in cycle counts and warehouse audits as scheduled
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification a plus)
- Reliable transportation to night shift hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
