Job Summary:
As a Night Shift Picker Packer, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing products for shipment. You will work closely with our inventory management systems to ensure that every order is processed with precision and speed.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves according to order specifications and pick lists.
- Operate handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems to verify item counts and locations.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing them for shipment.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding hazardous materials and heavy lifting.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and a consistent work history.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
