Responsibilities
- Retrieve merchandise from storage areas and pick items according to customer orders.
- Package and label items securely for shipment.
- Operate handheld scanners to verify item codes and quantities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina required to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for scanning labels.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
