Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage products for shipping using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Ensure all orders are accurate, checked for quality, and packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Load and unload trucks and pallets safely, adhering to all weight limits and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including shelves, aisles, and staging zones.
- Follow safety guidelines and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and maintain high efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
