Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, conveyors) safely
- Maintain organized inventory counts and stock rotation
- Collaborate with night shift supervisors for goal achievement
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Assist with quality control and damage prevention
- Complete shift reports and digital documentation
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math and literacy skills
- Reliable transportation to North Philadelphia facility
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
