Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to priority lists and specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized and clean workstations and inventory areas
- Meet/exceed productivity targets while maintaining accuracy standards
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or picker-packer experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Flexible availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule (including weekends)
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background check
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification if not already certified
