Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks to maintain accurate stock levels
- Collaborate with night shift supervisors to optimize workflow and meet productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols during all warehouse activities
- Participate in cross-functional tasks as needed to support nightly operations
- Document and report any discrepancies or equipment malfunctions immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills and comfort with handheld scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Availability to work flexible night shift schedule (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
