Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise against customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and merchandise safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work nights (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and weekends as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Valid state-issued ID and proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required.
