Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse equipment.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards to prevent shipping errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Sort and label items accurately according to route and customer specifications.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and productivity goals.
- Perform general warehouse duties as needed, including inventory checks and floor maintenance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
