Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect all items for quality, accuracy, and damage before shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, strictly adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Load and unload outbound trailers and inbound shipments during the night shift.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve order discrepancies and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and responsibly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) reliably.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new warehouse software quickly.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
