Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Scan and verify inventory using RF scanners to maintain accurate records
- Meet productivity targets while maintaining zero-error accuracy rates
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Participate in mandatory overtime shifts during peak seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning technology
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and overtime
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
