Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to priority lists and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and RF scanners safely
- Inspect products for damage and maintain inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production quotas
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to safety protocols
- Process returns and damaged goods per company procedures
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (6 PM - 4 AM)
