Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack: Retrieve merchandise from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and pick tickets, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Order Fulfillment: Pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring all packaging materials are used efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including wearing PPE and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by reporting damaged goods or discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and conveyor systems as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and defects before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners (training provided).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
