Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-pick technology
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and documentation
- Collaborate with night shift supervisors to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Package fragile items with specialized cushioning techniques
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule (Sun-Thurs)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid state ID required
