Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging standards
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse layout efficiency
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or picker/packer experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
