Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to pick tickets using RF scanners
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packaging
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized and clean workstations
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to North Houston location
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
