Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts safely
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety protocols
- Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining accuracy standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker packer experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn RF scanning systems
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be available for night shift (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
